Just a stone’s throw from the opulent Gramercy Park Hotel, this five-condo building was the first ground up development DHD had undertaken. The understated exterior and striking interiors are a perfect example of DHD’s design philosophy, where the loft’s main living area flows openly as a light-filled continuous space, and key pieces such as the traditional New Zealand wooden raft and tiled dining table anchor the room. Colors and prints are kept to a modern, fresh palette, and the cozy living room space features chic favorites like the Jens Risom Big Chair and Milo Baughman Lounge Chairs. With a passion for art as well, the designers utilized an array of collected pieces and eclectic accessories to complete the home.
